Farmington Cares Day is the best way for members of our community to get involved in helping their neighbors. Each year around late May the Farmington Community Chest organizes this volunteer event to help elderly and disabled residents by providing various services such as painting, yard work, and minor home repairs. In early November the Farmington Community Chest, in conjunction with the Farmington Police Benevolent Association, hosts this great fundraising event. Each winter the Farmington Community Chest holds an annual fundraising drive. Although we accept donations at any time of the year, we especially invite residents to consider the Farmington Community Chest in their year-end charitable giving. Donations are accepted through our donations page, or at our PO Box, which can be found in the here.
